Terms & Conditions
Same day printing is available for print-ready files received before 2:00pm Tuesday to Friday.
Orders received after 2:00pm will be completed on the next business day unless otherwise agreed.
Same day service is subject to equipment availability, staffing levels, and order volume. Large, complex, or finishing-intensive jobs (including binding, laminating, folding, perforating, creasing, or collating) may require additional production time. Customers will be advised as soon as possible if same day completion is not achievable.
Urgent orders may incur a priority service fee. All files must be supplied in a print-ready format. Delays caused by file issues, proofing requirements, or customer amendments may affect turnaround times.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
